About Maricopa Metals

Maricopa Metals has been family owned since 1963, started by Roy and Pat Heidemann. The original location was Price and Apache, with only one additional employee. As we quickly grew, so did the need for a bigger location. The next location was where the University of Phoenix currently stands; as the building grew so did the number of employees, building to around a total of 40. In 1978 we made our last and final move to our current location.

After working with his parents Roy and Pat, Gary became the head of operations in 2004. Over time Maricopa Metals has thrived on the family oriented mentality, producing a loyal bond between employer and employee. Many of our employees have been a part of the Maricopa Metals family for over 25 years. When you have loyalty and happy employees you also gain a better-produced product.

Today we average 20 employees, although we have fewer employees’ production is more efficient given the tremendous experience each and every one of them brings to the projects. The flow of our operations is steady and a true masterpiece. Maricopa Metals' main focus has always been product over income. With an array of equipment we can virtually fabricate anything in the commercial and structural field. This gives us an ability to offer our services for a budget range of $1,000 up to $3,000,000.

With over 46 years of experience, Maricopa Metals has gained a reputation among General Contractors of being an honest partner in all projects.

“We have set our goals to be a company that is dedicated in working with all parties involved to become a team and make everyone happy, and try to put a little more money in everyone’s pocket”, said President and General Manager Gary Heidemann.

Currently Maricopa Metals is certified in: Clark County, Nevada and Maricopa County, City of Phoenix.
